Triad Properties Corporation is pleased to announce the construction commencement of the development of a 101,728 square foot Class A office build-to-suit project that will be Radiance Technologies new Huntsville Headquarters. Located at the intersection of Explorer Blvd. and Bob Heath Drive in Cummings Research Park West. The new corporate headquarters will bring all of the Radiance Technologies employees in Huntsville together under one roof. The Radiance Technologies Headquarters Building is scheduled for completion in late summer 2019.
