Triad Properties Holdings, LLC (“TPH”) is an Alabama limited liability company based in Huntsville, Alabama. TPH generally acts as manager and is a member/partner of LLCs, partnerships and joint ventures (which operate as separate legal entities in the states where they conduct business) that own real estate.
