New York Life Signs Lease to Relocate in Twickenham Place Huntsville, AL (April 12, 2018)

New York Life Insurance Company has signed a lease with Triad Properties Corporation to relocated its Downtown Huntsville office to the Twickenham Place office building in the mixed-use development across from Huntsville Hospital Main. New York Life will occupy over 11,000 square feet on the second floor.

Since 1845, New York Life Insurance Company has been providing people with insurance investment, and retirement solutions. New York Life is America’s largest mutual life insurance company.

Developed by Triad Properties Corporation, Twickenham Place is a five (5) story, Class A retail and medical office building that anchors the Twickenham Square mixed-use development. Twickenham Place is home to FirstBank, Rheumatology Associates and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

Triad Properties Corporation (“TPC”) is an Alabama corporation based in Huntsville, Alabama.
