Triad Properties Corporation (“Triad”) was founded in 1993 as a Huntsville-based commercial real estate company that specialized in developing, leasing, and managing office build-to-suits for Fortune 500 and local companies. Triad quickly grew and expanded into major metropolitan areas in the southeast and southwest. The company began to diversify by moving into industrial development and forming joint venture partnerships with institutional partners such as The Trammell Crow Company. Beyond development expertise, to date, Triad’s executive team has been involved in the property management and brokerage for clients such as Principal, CIGNA, Aetna, Teachers, Mass Mutual, State Farm, Travelers, AEW Capital Management, RREEF, G.E. Capital, Transwestern, and Anchor Health Properties.

Triad’s history of successful transactions reflects the team’s extensive, in-depth knowledge of real estate markets and transaction structures. This history, coupled with Triad’s entrepreneurial spirit and institutional discipline, have positioned Triad to identify, analyze, structure, underwrite, and capitalize on a wide variety of high yield, opportunistic real estate developments and acquisitions.

OUR HISTORY

1993

Triad Properties was founded as a Huntsville-based real estate development company that specialized in developing, leasing and managing office build-to-suits for Fortune 500 and local companies in the Huntsville market.

1994

After quickly expanding its corporate infrastructure to become a real estate operating and investment company with broader geographic reach, Triad Properties acquired two midrise Class A office buildings in the Galleria and Buckhead submarkets of Atlanta by forming joint ventures with local investors.

1998

Triad Properties began to diversify, engaging in the horizontal development of a 102 acre industrial park with the Trammell Crow Family Trust in Atlanta’s I-75 industrial submarket and initiating a vertical industrial development program with The Trammell Crow Company in Atlanta’s I-85 and I-75 industrial corridors..

1994-2001

Triad Properties acquired and/or developed several properties in the southern region of the US. These include: Nortel, 50 Glenlake, One Point Royal, Two Point Royal, McGinnis Park 100 & 200, Newpoint Commons, Satellite Progress Center, Southwire Distribution Center, Tradeport Riverside, West Oak 100 & 200, and Proscenium.

2004

Triad Properties acquired and developed additional projects in other metropolitan markets such as Dallas, Orlando, Tulsa, Nashville, Ft. Myers, and Memphis. To date, Triad Properties has formed partnerships and limited liability companies that have been capitalized by local investors, institutional investors and internally generated capital to acquire and develop more than 8.7 million square feet of office and industrial product in the Southeastern and Southwestern United States.

2006

Big Spring Summit was developed.

2007

Technology Point

2009

Tradeport 100 & 200 and Mayfair Professional Center were developed.

2014

Twickenham Place and Madison Medical I were developed.

2018

Radiance Technologies and 7000 Quest Circle were developed.

2020

Tradeport II and Research Park Boulevard Distribution Center were developed.

2022

The development of Greenbrier Distribution Center and Radiance Technologies II began.
