Triad Properties Corporation (“TPC”) is an Alabama corporation based in Huntsville, Alabama. TPC may be described as a real estate operating company that generally provides various services for affiliated limited liability companies (“LLCs”), partnerships and joint ventures (which operate as separate legal entities in the states where they conduct business), and TPC in general does not own real estate. Triad Properties Holdings, LLC (“TPH”) is an Alabama limited liability company based in Huntsville, Alabama. TPH generally acts as manager and is a member/partner of LLCs, partnerships and joint ventures (which operate as separate legal entities in the states where they conduct business) that own real estate. As used in this website, the terms “Triad” and “Triad Properties” may refer to TPC or TPH, but on a nonexclusive basis, and according to the context used, “Triad” and “Triad Properties” may refer instead to the LLCs, partnerships and joint ventures that own the particular property being described, and/or to affiliated management or service companies.
