Triad Properties Corporation is pleased to announce that its brokerage team leased more than 400,000 square feet of commercial space during the first quarter of 2020. Leases were executed at the 100 Tradeport, 300 Diamond Dr., and the Maynor-Mitchell Eye Center properties to tenants that include SAIC, Jacobson Warehouse Company, Kohler Co., and Cigna Health Insurance.
