SRSS designed, and Choate constructed, the recently completed Phase I of Alpharetta’s new “City Center”.  Covering 25 acres, Alpharetta’s City Center has been designed to create a more walkable downtown filled with restaurants, boutiques, apartments and single family homes. Phase I consists of a $30 million development anchored by a new 50,000 SF City Hall and includes the Fulton County Library, a 450 space structure parking deck, and Town Green, a 5 acre park for community recreation and gathering.  Phase II is planned to be an $80 million mixed-use development consisting of 220 housing units, 75,000 SF of restaurants and retail space and 33,000 SF of office.

Wolverton and Associates, an Atlanta-based engineering firm, has been engaged as the project’s civil engineering firm. Wolverton and Associates provided the civil engineering for the property when the adjacent parcel was subdivided, sold and developed.
