HUNTSVILLE (May 05, 2015) – Huntsville-based Triad Properties Corporation has acquired a prime medical office development 11.65 acre site located in the Atlanta suburb of Alpharetta, Georgia. Located at the northeast corner of Old Milton Parkway and GA 400, the property is immediately adjacent to Northside Hospital’s 140 acre Alpharetta Medical Campus which consists of approximately 700,000 square foot of medical office and ambulatory care space.
Alpharetta is experiencing explosive growth in all real estate sectors. Avalon, considered the Southeast’s First “Experience” Center, is a $600 million, 86 acre, live-work-play mixed-use development located on the adjacent corner of GA 400 and Old Milton.
Triad Properties plans to construct and develop a four-story, 106,000 square foot, $26 million, Class” A” medical office building as well as an ambulatory care center or urgent care center on the prominent site. Choate Construction, Smallwood Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart, and Wolverton Engineering will be the project’s general contractor, architectural firm, and engineer, respectfully.
